Bountiful Blessings

The blessings of God are all around us. When we open our eyes, ears, and hearts, we can more fully see, hear, and feel them. God is the Lord of the Harvest.

 "Then he said to His disciples, The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field. "

(Matthew 9:37-38)

 As we move into the month of November, we have a lot to be thankful for is we take the time to count our blessings. There will be days that will require us to focus on Jesus and not our circumstances. Jesus focused on wheat God created Him to do on this earth, and He is our example to follow. He proclaimed the Good News of the Kingdom of Heaven, and He had compassion on people. As we approach Thanksgiving, let's remember those around us who may need an extra blessing this year. Whether it be food, finances, or an encouraging word or hug we must remain vigilant of God's Presence. He may want to send us on a mission to fulfill the Great Commission be being His Hands and His Feet.
